“Do I need to use a binder?”

Binders are an optional aid to parasite cleansing. Binders are not a requirement, but an additional, favorable supplement when parasite cleansing. The fibers in fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds are efficient in helping to bind heavy metals and toxins released during a parasite cleanse.

We emphasize a gradual, incremental approach to parasite cleansing that allows the power and the wisdom of the body to gently detoxify and regenerate according to its individual process.

Why Binders are Unnecessary

Phagocytosis

White blood cells known as phagocytes engulf and digest parasites. The parasites are bound and disintegrated within intracellular organelles known as phagosomes.

Xenophagy

Within Autophagy, the body’s self clearing and recycling process, Xenophagy plays the specific role of throwing out the trash from within the cells. This is the selective removal of intracellular infectious agents. Macrophages capture parasites and fuse with lysosomes to eliminate them from the body.

What Matters More than Binders - Clear Elimination Pathways

An Operating Sewage System

A robust Lymphatic System, spleen, skin and lymph nodes that are open and actively eliminating waste will help the detox process by allowing for the body to pump out the debris and waste through open and functioning pipelines.

The Primary Filter

Of primary importance in a detox protocol is a well attended to Biliary System, comprised of the liver and gallbladder. The liver should not be overworked and the gallbladder must remain clear of gallstone buildup.

The Supportive Filters

The Renal System, comprised primarily of the kidneys, should be mindfully observed and given the proper support to maintain its role in supportive filtration. Protected from aggravating toxins such as salt and given soothing nurturing rest and sleep, the kidneys remain a faithful ally within the body’s anti parasitic regime.

An Open and Clear GI Tract

Mucus and plaque build up over time to line the walls of the GI tract and create an insulated, narrow and tight release pathway for toxins. By cleansing the intestinal walls with intelligent and efficient protocols, one has a much easier process detoxing the heavy weight and stuck, years old fecal matter within the bowels, along with an easier time systemically cleansing the blood, tissues and organs throughout the whole body.

Room to Breathe

The Respiratory System is an underrated yet perhaps the most important system in a detox protocol. Oxygen is the key to health as it destroys the parasites using oxidative stress by creating Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) like natural hydrogen peroxide to damage their cellular components. Healthy lungs with a robust breathing capacity stimulated by regular breathwork (breathplay) and meditation, and well-ventilated living and dwelling spaces are a key ally in the battle for self-sovereignty that detox represents.

The Different Types of Binders and their Benefits

Binders will primarily bind to either heavy metals, chemicals, mycotoxins, dead parasite cell membrane matter (glycoconjugates, lipopolysaccharides, glycolipids, beta-glucans etc), microplastics, and other foreign material. Binders primarily work through their absorbent surface areas, ionic charge and antioxidant activity.

Clays

Detox binder Clays are made from earth material and therefore contain high amounts of magnetic iron. Some examples are Smectites such as Montmorillonite (MMT), Bentonite and Sepiolite and Tectosilicates such as Zeolite. They are wonderful for absorbing heavy metals (due to iron content) and chemicals or other positively charged particles.

Activated Charcoal

A powerful multipurpose binder made of carbon. It’s comprised of an extremely porous adsorbent surface and carries a powerful ionic charge that can sweep up chemicals, heavy metals and mycotoxins.

Microalgae

Chlorella and Spirulina. Gentle antioxidant-rich binders that can be used more often than other more highly absorbent binders which may deplete minerals and vitamins with excessive use. Both Chlorella and Spirulina bind to heavy metals, mycotoxins and chemicals (particularly dioxins and PCBs (polychlorinated biphenyls)) while nourishing the body with protein, vitamins and minerals.

Diatomaceous Earth is a type of hard-shelled microalgae consisting of the fossilized remains of diatoms. The high silica content is excellent for binding and removing heavy metals, particularly aluminum. It’s sharp porous structure cuts through and dries out parasites and it’s known to bind to various mycotoxins and viruses in particular.

Pectin

A natural soluble fiber (polysaccharide) found in fruit cell walls, particularly citrus peels and apples. It binds to cholesterol and bile acids to reduce LDL (low-density lipoprotein). It can be used with caution as it is a fermented product, is acidic and may often contain synthetic preservatives.

Fulvic Acid & Humic Acid

Derived from decomposed plant matter, they are excellent for binding chemicals such as PAHs (polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) and pesticides. Their complex molecular structures trap heavy metals. Humid Acid works primarily in the digestive tract and Fulvic Acid works at a cellular level throughout the whole body. They assist the liver in creating detoxification enzymes and they neutralize free radicals with their highly antioxidant nature.

Psyllium Husk

Like all fibrous binding matter found in fruits and vegetables, Psyllium Husk works as a vacuum cleaner, manually absorbing toxins into its fiber as they are expelled out of the digestive system. An excellent grab-all option.
